        Returns Policy

        Do you accept returns?

        Your 100% satisfaction is important to us! We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy. (30 business days from the date it was delivered)

        To be eligible for a return, goods must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with tags on and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customized garments, undergarments, sale items, bodysuits and swimwear are not eligible for return/exchange.


        How do I ask for a return?

        Email hello@mareealexandra.ca or use the chat function to send us a message. I also take messages on Instagram and Facebook.

        Include as much information as possible with your message and we will happily let you know the next steps.

        Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping and are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
